Trespassing/Disorderly Conduct
On Wednesday June 26th Weatherly Police Officers received a call for an out-of-control male harassing customers and staff at 2 separate establishments in the Borough. Officers made contact with the male identified as Jacob Goralewski, 27 of Weatherly. Officers informed Goralewski that he was no longer permitted at either establishment as the owners wanted him trespassed from the properties. On Thursday June 27th Officers received a dispatch that Goralewski was again back at one of the establishments causing loud inconvenience, harassing the staff, children, and stole money. Goralewski also punched a window of the establishment prior to leaving. Officers located and detained Goralewski and transported him back to the Weatherly Police Headquarters for processing. Carbon County District Attorneys Office approved charges of Defiant Tresspass (M3), Disorderly Conduct (M3), and Harassment (M3). Goralewski was remanded to the Carbon County Correctional. Bail was set by magistrate Homanko at $5,000, Goralewski’s preliminary hearing is set for Wednesday July 10th.
