Traffic Stop – Wanted In Delaware

The Weatherly Police Department is sworn to protect and serve the citizens of Weatherly Borough by keeping them safe from wanted offenders.

In the evening hours of June 29, 2023, the Weatherly Police Department again conducted a traffic stop in the area of Plane Street on an individual wanted out of the state of Delaware on charges related to:

– Sale of narcotics
– Forgery
– Theft
– Unsworn falsification to authorities

The individual was housed in the Carbon County Correctional facility to face extradition back to the arresting agency.
