TERRORISTIC THEATS

On Tuesday March 25th 2025 Weatherly Police were alerted of a threat of violence directed towards the local district court and law enforcement. Officer provided added security around the area during the investigation. Investigators working with PSP Fern Ridge and the Carbon County District Attorney’s Office were able to identify the suspect. The name of the suspect is being withheld until criminal charges are filed by PSP Fern Ridge.

Any information received that was not released by the Weatherly Police Department is considered invalid and should not be deemed official. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
