Roving DUI Patrol

In coordination with the Pennsylvania Highway Safety Network, Weatherly Police Department participated in a roving DUI patrol conducting over twelve contacts for various violations.

During this period of enforcement Weatherly Police Department arrested two individuals for suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, as well as another two individuals who were taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance.

As always, all individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law and charges may be withdrawn or altered at any time.
