National Night Out (NNO) 2022

Providing a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together!

The Weatherly Police Department will again be participating in National Night Out which is on Tuesday August 2nd , 2022. The event will be held at the Eurana park from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.

National Night Out is an annual community building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement, while bringing back a true sense of community. It also provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.

Some examples of events that can take place that night are safety demonstrations, seminars, youth events, visits from emergency personnel, and much more.

Organizations wishing to participate can reach out to the police department for more information. This is a free event and any organization wishing to participate is encouraged to give back to the community in a positive way.
