DUI Arrest

On April 19th 2025 Weatherly Police Officers participated in a DUI roving patrol assignment to ensure the safety of motorists with the heavy travel for the Easter Holiday Weekend. During this enforcement a vehicle was observed operating with several motor vehicle violations and a traffic stop was conducted. The driver, Christina M. PARRY, 44, of Weatherly, displayed signs of being under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance which prompted the Officer to conduct Standard Field Sobriety Tests (SFST’s). At the conclusion of the tests, PARRY was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence and was transported to the hospital for a blood draw. Upon a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) analysis being completed at the laboratory, PARRY was charged with 1 count – DUI Highest Rate of Alcohol (M), 1 count – DUI General Impairment (M), 1 count – No Rear Lights (S), 1 count – Operating a Vehicle w/o Valid Inspection (S), and 3 counts – Failure to use Turn Signals (S). A preliminary arraignment and hearing are scheduled for June 11th 2025 at the Honorable Judge Homanko’s Office.

Any information received that was not released by the Weatherly Police Department is considered invalid and should not be deemed official. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
