Arrested Eddy Miguel Valerio Almonte

Yesterday, 12/1/2021 the Weatherly Police arrested Eddy Miguel Valerio Almonte on a Felony Arrest Warrant

Almonte came to Weatherly in the Early morning hrs of November 30,  entered a house of an ex-girlfriend while she was in bed and assaulted her.

He was charged with:
Burglary
Aggravated Assault with a deadly Weapon
Unlawful restraint
Simple assault
False imprisonment
Recklessly Endangering another person

We would like to thank the Carbon County District attorney’s office and Hazleton City Police department for helping apprehending ALMONTE

He was arraigned and placed in Carbon County Prison.
